Fat settles on the abdomen for several reasons: most often at menopause for hormonal reasons, after pregnancy … or if stress! Suffice to say that we are many avoirenvie to track down cellulite on our belly.

Dietician advice: coffee is replaced, stress companions and therefore snacks, herbal teas by the self is prepared. And added to our menu of proteins, which fight against water retention and provide a feeling of satiety. It is they who will help us lose the beads that increase our shape in the stomach.
