The Thonon diet was developed at the University Hospital of Thonon-les-Bains by a doctor who wished to lose weight one of his patients. Not officially recognized by this institution, he has since that time a lot of noise, by revealing one of the most effective dieting and fastest of the day.
The Thonon diet is divided into two phases :
1. The first phase of Thonon diet lasts 14 days and will allow you to put you on a diet with a low daily caloric intake, but a diet will allow you to not be hungry
2. The second phase of Thonon diet is a stabilization phase. This stabilization phase will last several weeks, depending on the number of lost kilos and will thus enable you to stabilize your weight. To be simpler: 1 week stabilization per kilo lost. Continue reading “Thonon diet”
