The Antoine diet is based on the principle of one family eat food not to gain weight, regardless of the amount consumed.
The Antoine diet then is to consume only food family day for a week. such as meat we consume on Monday, fruits Tuesday, starches Wednesday, vegetables Thursday, fish on Fridays, dairy Saturdays, Sundays eggs (but it remains entirely possible to make a menu mixed on the seventh day, so to take a normal diet).
The balanced energy intake is then seven days instead of one. It maintains this regime one week a month (at regular intervals or not).
The Antoine diet causes an effect “appetite suppressant” due to the rejection of sensations from food (food weariness, saturation of appetite, disgust over-consumed food, etc.). This limits energy intake and results in weight loss. Continue reading “Antoine diet”
