Faced with the Coronavirus alert, I propose to act where we can act, since it is pointless to give time and energy on things where we have no control. How can we act? We can act by naturally strengthening our immune system, and it is valid for everyone, even (especially) for the weakest.

In addition to reinforcement, the weakest can isolate themselves punctually to avoid any risk-taking, while the immune system is strengthening.
