Our intestinal “brain” (or enteric nervous system)… source of any disease?

For several years now, we have been talking about our “second brain”, which is located in the digestive tract …

… But if our researchers themselves start to evoke the hypothesis according to which neurodegenerative diseases (like Parkinson’s disease for example) could, among other possible secondary reasons, find their source in this digestive system, we are fine gone to FINALLY advance a sensible medical practice.

Finally, all those who have been defending therapies where eating is of paramount importance for ages will end up seeing their quirk rehabilitated!

And all the forerunners of natural medicine will smile from beyond … (Ann Wigmore, Kristine Nolfi, Norman Walker, Max Gerson, and so many others who have been ignored, at best, or fiercely fought at worst ).

TIP: Take care of your digestive tract by regularly practicing colon irrigations, a practice recommended by all the precursors mentioned above, but also by ensuring maximum intake:

enzymes (Viktoras Kulvinskas’ workhorse for at least 50 years!) especially if your diet is mostly cooked,
probiotics (ensuring a sufficient and varied population of good bacteria in your intestines)
greenery (raw … for maximum intake of chlorophyll and enzymes)!
by removing (or drastically reducing) everything that contains:
gluten (pasta, breads, semolina, flours … made of wheat, oats, barley, rye),
dairy products (milk, butter, yogurts, cream, cheese … animal milk is intended for the young of these animals, not for humans – who only need their mother’s milk – unless obviously essential because no one other food would be available),
and being attentive to “food combinations” in your meals for optimal digestion.

NOTE: Do not wait, as is the case of too many people, hope or miracle that would come FROM the product good for this or good for it (Pumpkin seeds for the prostate, broccoli against cancer for example… or Wheatgrass for immunity… or whatever, if these products are indeed very valuable, alone they will not be able to do much).

Health is a set of eating, physical, mental, spiritual practices that you cannot ignore if you are looking for healthy health. A set of practices that will change your "state of being".
