Third day:
- Breakfast: 1 egg + a glass of grapefruit juice
- Lunch: two boiled eggs with celery
- Dinner: a piece of roasted red meat + salad + lettuce and sour.
Fourth day:
- Breakfast: toast +1 egg.
- Lunch: Different amounts of fresh fruits.
- Dinner: grilled piece of lamb + celery and tomatoes.
Fifth day:
- Breakfast: toast +1 egg.
- Lunch: two boiled eggs + two tomatoes.
- Dinner: a piece of broiled fish + lettuce.
Notice:
– Do not adopt this diet for most of this period, and you can apply it once a month for a period of five days.
– Stay away from any foods other than those mentioned above.
– Any alternative, are not allowed.
– Drink plenty of mineral water (minimum 10 glasses of water per day).
