Losing your weight through diet boiled eggs

Third day:

  • Breakfast: 1 egg + a glass of grapefruit juice
  • Lunch: two boiled eggs with celery

Fourth day:

  • Breakfast: toast +1 egg.
  • Lunch: Different amounts of fresh fruits.
  • Dinner: grilled piece of lamb + celery and tomatoes.

Fifth day:

  • Breakfast: toast +1 egg.
  • Lunch: two boiled eggs + two tomatoes.
  • Dinner: a piece of broiled fish + lettuce.

Notice:

– Do not adopt this diet for most of this period, and you can apply it once a month for a period of five days.

– Stay away from any foods other than those mentioned above.

– Any alternative, are not allowed.

– Drink plenty of mineral water (minimum 10 glasses of water per day).
