Why these three ingredients?
The special flat stomach lemonade contains lemon, ginger, cucumber and mint.
Ginger: Rich in gingerol, ginger is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties. It contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Recipe
1 lemon
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 cucumber
10 fresh mint leaves
2 liters of water
- Infuse the mint in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes.
- Grate the lemon to obtain a zest then squeeze it to recover its juice.
- Mix the peeled cucumber
- Mix the lemon juice, the mint infusion and the cucumber mixture.
- Add 1 liter of water and mix well.
- Finish by adding the spoons of grated fresh ginger and lemon zest.
- Keep cool for at least 1 to 2 hours then drink throughout the day.
