The diet
One thing you must remember when trying this diet is that eggs are actually a very healthy source of food.
They are rich in nutrients and are considered one of the best sources of protein.
Eating eggs provides your body with a good dose of minerals, nutrients and vitamins.
A week is all you need to lose some calories, speed up your metabolism and have a more beautiful body.
Keep in mind that drinking water is also essential for this diet to keep your body hydrated as it will help you get rid of toxins.
When the week is over, you can go back to your normal diet.
However, in order not to shock your body, try to include grapefruit, oranges, eggs and oilseeds in your diet when you return to your normal diet.
The diet plan
As mentioned earlier, the main ingredient and the main source of food in the diet are eggs.
You will need many, but also other sources of food.

Day 1
- Your breakfast consists of 2 boiled eggs, a cup of almond milk and two oranges
- For lunch, you need skinless chicken meat, about 170 grams, and 200 ml of coconut milk
- Your dinner is one boiled egg, one orange and 100 grams of boiled chicken meat
Day 2
- Breakfast: two boiled eggs and juice of a single lemon
- For lunch, you can enjoy a portion of roast fish and fresh grapefruit
- Your dinner is just three boiled eggs and nothing more
Day 3
- This time, for breakfast you want three scrambled eggs, and you can add a little parsley, dill and onion
- For lunch, you want a portion of cooked chicken and green salad (leafy vegetables, cucumber, arugula and similar vegetables)
- Your dinner consists of a boiled egg and two oranges
Day 4
- This time, for breakfast you include vegetables, or two carrots, with your two boiled eggs and a tablespoon of coconut oil
- Your lunch includes carrots again, with two poached eggs and tomatoes
- For dinner, you have a portion of steamed fish and salad
Day 5
- For breakfast, squeeze a fresh lemon into a cup of hot water and take two boiled eggs

- For dinner, like day 2, you take three hard boiled eggs

- For lunch, you eat 150 grams of beef and a grapefruit or an orange
- Your dinner is just a glass of water.
