For breakfast you can eat more than 1 banana, but don’t eat too much. In case you can’t eat bananas, for whatever reason, choose another fruit.

If you are still hungry, wait 15 to 20 minutes for the hunger to go away. If you’re still hungry, eat something you like, but be sure to eat only a small amount.

Your lunch and dinner should be regular. It is recommended not to eat after 6 p.m. There are no rules about lunch and dinner. This diet doesn’t even ban ingredients, but make sure to avoid fried foods and not overeat.

The only drink you are allowed to drink during the day is lukewarm water. After 3 p.m., you can eat a desert, like chocolate or cookies, although it is recommended to replace these snacks with fruit.

Breakfast: bananas, omelet, grapefruit, cup of green tea

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, large mixed salad made of carrots, broccoli, onion, tomato and lettuce

Snack: handful of nuts

Dinner: chicken cutlet, cooked carrots or potatoes
