Take sage syrup for a flat stomach
To make this syrup, you need a few sage leaves and lemon. You will find sage in herb stores or in health food stores. Natural sage is always better than that sold in sachets!
Take sage syrup 4 days in a row, twice a month. On these days, eat a diet low in fat, especially salads and fiber. Avoid eating meat, pastries and cold cuts. Remember that during these four days, you should eat only fruits, vegetables, fiber and sage syrup.
Sage syrup should be taken three times a day, at breakfast and before the two main meals.
You must prepare the syrup just before consuming it, so it is freshly made each time. To do this, take six sage leaves and throw them into the equivalent of a glass of boiling water; bring it to a boil, then let it sit for five minutes.
