This body cleansing regimen should be done once a month. In the morning, before consuming anything, drink a glass of lemon water.
Breakfast: Fruit salad – may consist of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherry
ses, apples, pears and a handful of almonds.
Snack: A glass of lemon water, a banana and a handful of pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
Lunch: A bean salad, seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil.
Snack: A glass of lemon water, a salad of cucumber, radish, celery and a handful of raisins.
Dinner: Fish with lemon juice in combination with steamed vegetables.
An hour before going to bed drink a glass of lemon water.
