Easy juice for weight loss

It’s a lazy way to lose weight. It burns hundreds of calories, even if you’re just sitting at your computer. It also increases your metabolism, which helps with weight loss.

For the recipe, you need:
2 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup / 225 ml of water

Instructions:

1) Use one part of cinnamon for two parts of raw honey. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to 2 teaspoons of honey is recommended.

2) Boil 1 cup / 225 ml of water, then turn off the heat.

3) Put the cinnamon in the boiling water. Cover and let infuse until it is warm enough to drink.

4) Add honey when the water is cold / lukewarm. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in raw honey.

5) Drink half of this drink before bed. The other half should be covered and refrigerated and drink in the morning. Do not reheat in the morning.

Do not add flavorings to this mixture. And this recipe only works if you drink it on an empty stomach.
