We know that lack of sleep is a brake on productivity. But for once, let’s forget a bit of the usual “subway job” to take a look at our health. Because it’s not just our work in life, especially when lack of sleep can have a negative impact on our health. As we already pointed out a few months ago, lack of sleep can lead to obesity.
But there is worse. As this infographic shows, it only takes a week for the lack of sleep to alter the functioning of your genes, which control our response to stress, diseases, and more broadly our overall health.
